Can I still pay with a mail order?

I want to send my purchase in to be expertized. What should I do?

| If you plan to submit your purchase for expertization, please email us at the time of payment with the name of the organization/expert you intend to use. We accept the return of items based only on the opinion of pre-approved experts. If the item is described incorrectly, we will refund the purchase price. For items over $75, we will also refund the cost of expertization as long as you provide the certification and receipt. |

I'm dissatisfied with my purchase. What should I do?

If you are not happy with your items, you may return them for a full refund within seven days of receipt. We ask that you include the following information with your return:
-Your name
-Auction number
-Method of payment
-Reason for return
Items should be returned in the exact condition, in which it was received.
Please note: After the arrival of your returned items, it generally takes us one to two weeks to process them. We appreciate your patience in this matter. |

Why can't I use PayPal anymore?

| Beginning May 13, 2009 we will no longer accept PayPal. PayPal has implemented changes to their requirements for high-volume sellers. They now require us to maintain a reserve balance, even though our account has remained in good standing. Unfortunately we cannot operate our business effectively with this reserve balance. |

Why does checkout ask for my eBay information?

| Checkout is not asking for anything except for the verification of your eBay UserID. We are NOT asking for your eBay password. During registration, you are asked to verify your eBay UserID so that our system registers your eBay purchases. This process is required by eBay to make sure you are a valid bidder. |
